Providing SCADA SURVALENT Software for ETC3

Project detail

Central Electrical Testing Company (ETC3) is one of the largest electrical testing companies in the country with a strong capacity and experience in testing and calibration, and meeting the requirements for quality and reliability. With the future orientation of developing SCADA systems for high voltage stations and medium voltage grids using an unified software solution to easily master the technology, Central Power Corporation (CPC) and Central Power Corporation (CPC) Survalent delegation conducted the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement to apply SCADA/Survalent software on EVN CPC power grid on August 12, 2014 at CPC's office:

Starting from 2015, ETC3 started deploying SCADA software of Survalent to build SCADA HMI for 110kV substations under CPC.

Phase in 2015 to complete SCADA HMI system for 10 110kV substations:

1. DEP 2.1 project – Dien Ban, Duc Co, and Nhon Tan substations:
From June 2015 to the end of July 2015, with technical support from MPCO.,LTD. , ETC3 built a complete SCADA HMI system for the 110kV Dien Ban, Nhon Tan and Duc Co substations. At the beginning of August 2015, the SCADA HMI system at these substations was accepted, energized, and officially put into operation by CPC.

2. DEP 2.2 project – Hue 3, Krong Ana 2, Quang Phu, and Dien Loc substations:
At the end of August 2015, ETC3 completed the construction of the SCADA HMI system for 02 110kV Hue 3 and Krong Ana 2 substations. Hue 3 substation was tested and officially energized on August 22, 2015, one month ahead of schedule. Krong Ana 2 substation was completed on August 30, 2015, the project was commisioned, energized, and put into operation, meeting and exceeding the schedule approved by the Central Power Corporation.

On October 5, 2015, Quang Phu substation was tested and commisioned, meeting the goal of completion according to the assigned schedule. The last substation in the project scope - 110kV Dien Loc - has also been successfully tested, energized, and put into operation.

3. Soft Gateway Project – Tam Ky, Dung Quat, and Dakrlap substations:
ETC3 has built a complete SCADA Survalent software system with gateway solutionfor 03 110kV Tam Ky substations, Dung Quat port and Dakrlap . All 03 substations were tested and officially energized in December 2015.

Period from 2016 to present: The SCADA Survalent software solution that ETC3 deployed in 2015 is very effective and has received high appreciation from investors. After that, ETC3 continued to deploy to complete SCADA HMI system for nearly 70 110kV substations of CPC by early 2018.
