Phase 1:
From March 23, 2015 to March 29, 2015, My Phuong Trading Co., Ltd held a training course on technology transfer of SCADA Survalent software for technical staff of Kon Tum Power Company. Immediately after the technology transfer training course, the Load Dispatch Center- Kon Tum Power Company did the SCADA system configuration by themselves to connect all the Reclosers on the medium voltage grid of Kon Tum province to Survalent SCADA system through protocols IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3.0 … The system has been commisioned and completed to put into official operation since June 2015.
Phase 2:
On September 25, 2016, EVN CPC approved and assigned Kon Tum PC to implement the project: Building a remote control center and SCADA system in Kon Tum province in 2016.
Kon Tum PC's Control Center in 2016 was developed on the basis of upgrading the SCADA system built in 2015. The system connects SCADA 110kV substations, hydropower plants, and equipment on the medium voltage grid of Kon Tum Province. to Kon Tum PC's Control Center.
On December 26 2016, Kon Tum PC's Control Center was officially launched and put into operation so far. As of 2018, this Control Center has connected SCADA and remoted control for 4 110kV substations, 5 Hydropower plants, and more than 135 devices on the medium voltage grid.
