The Central Power Corporation has developed a repair plan for the 22kV distribution grid with the goal that by the end of 2017 and early 2018 it will be applied at 11/11 power subsidiaries. MPCo has provided 11 sets of hotline tools for 11 Power subsidiaries with equipment including 125 items of Hubbell/Chance hotline tools with full equipment to help workers manipulate easily and repair while maintaining the grid that is safely carrying electricity, specifically as follows:


Phase 1: MPCo provided 3 sets of Hotline tools to Power Companies: Binh Dinh, Thua Thien Hue, and Dak Lak in August 2016.
 
Phase 2: MPCo provided 3 sets of Hotline tools to Power Companies: Quang Nam, Phu Yen, and Gia Lai in March 2017.

Phase 3: MPCo continues to provide 5 sets of Hotline tools for Power Companies: Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Kon Tum, and Dak Nong in January 2018

My Phuong Company also conducts training courses by Hubbell's technical experts from the US to guide the use of the equipment and answer concerns/questions for technicians during the operation.
