On March 16, 2015, the consortium of My Phuong Trading Co., Ltd. & Central Electrical Experiment One Member Co., Ltd. and the Dispatch Center of the City Power System. Ho Chi Minh City officially signed the minutes of the acceptance test to complete the items of supply, installation, and use of the software and the training to use the software according to contract number: 1373/2014/HD-ĐĐHTĐ-MP-TNĐMT dated 24/12/2014 signed between Ho Chi Minh City Power System Dispatch Center and Joint Venture My Phuong Trading Co., Ltd & Central Electrical Experiment One Member Co., Ltd on the supply (including installation, system configuration, training,…) SCADA system software within 2 years for Ho Chi Minh City Power System Dispatch Center.
This is the second pilot plan of MP Co. deploying SCADA system of Survalent / Canada into the power grid of Ho Chi Minh City Electricity Corporation with the following results:
- Actual implementation progress is earlier than planned
- MP. Co has completed the following work items:
+ Handover and install SCADA software to Ho Chi Minh City Power System Dispatch Center.
+ Configure database, complete HMI for 1 sample station (Tan Tuc station) with full functions, support for operation with SCADA software
+ Training for 4 SCADA engineers of Party A capable of self-installing and building HMIs for the remaining stations.
+ The software use period is 24 months from the date of acceptance and put into use.
+ Provide the Ho Chi Minh City Power System Dispatch Center with technical documents and user manuals of the software.
+ Prepare documentation to guide the steps to build a complete station's database.
- Work quality:
+ Meet the quality and satisfy the requirements of Ho Chi Minh City Power System Dispatch Center
+ The software is fully functional, licensed for use for 24 months and meets the technical requirements as in the signed contract.
- Conclusion:
+ Accept the acceptance of SCADA software handed over, installed, and configured by the Ho Chi Minh City Power System Dispatch Center to put the software into operation.
+ Agree to take over the training and technology transfer work performed by Ho Chi Minh City Power System Dispatch Center.
