The Central Power Corporation (EVN CPC) developed a repair plan for the 22kV distribution grid, aiming to apply it across all 11 power subsidiaries by the end of 2017 and early 2018. MPCo provided 11 sets of hotline tools to these 11 power subsidiaries. The equipment included 125 items of Hubbell/Chance hotline tools, fully equipped to enable workers to operate easily and safely repair the grid while it remains energized, as follows:
Phase 1: In August 2016, MPCo provided 3 sets of hotline tools to the power companies of Binh Dinh, Thua Thien Hue, and Dak Lak.
Phase 2: In March 2017, MPCo provided 3 more sets of hotline tools to the power companies of Quang Nam, Phu Yen, and Gia Lai.
Phase 3: In January 2018, MPCo provided 5 sets of hotline tools to the power companies of Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Kon Tum, and Dak Nong.
My Phuong Company also conducted training courses led by Hubbell's technical experts from the U.S. to guide technicians in using the equipment and to address any concerns or questions during operation.
